We want you to love your Luméra purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return process to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@lumera.com or call us at (XXX) XXX-XXXX. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item(s).

  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made with your order.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.
  • Refund Method: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Unfortunately, we do not process direct exchanges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Please provide clear images of the damage or defect when contacting our customer service team to help expedite the process.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items that are not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Final Sale items.

7. Late Returns

Returns that are postmarked after the 30-day window will not be accepted, and the item(s) will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

8. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
